Business Analyst Intermediate/Senior (offline)

Responsibilities

- Become the main point of communication for product stakeholders in terms of requirements and product functionality
- Assist Product Management in defining product vision and scope of prospective work
- Elicit business requirements and transform them into system level requirements for new integration
- Create functional and system level solutions for the integrations
- Assist Product Management in priority management of the features
- Visualize workflows of the developed solution by means of Use Case and - Activity diagrams (UML) or Process and Collaboration models (BPMN)
- Maintain requirement traceability
- Manage changes requested by stakeholders
- Act as a proxy product owner (representing Product Management for the team)
- Assist the team by clarifying requirements with the client and presenting them to the team
- Support existing integrations between internal sub-projects and components
- Support existing integrations with third-party software

Required skills

- Advanced English skills (both written and spoken)
- Experience with bug tracking and requirement management tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Client-server architecture
- Cloud based applications
- Technical API documentation (e.g. Swagger)
- Web application interactions (request-response, flat file communication)
Debug tools/API testing tools
- HTML, CSS, XML
- Modelling tools (LucidChart, DrawIO etc.)
- Understanding of DB principles (relational and NON-relational)

Desired skills:

- Familiarity with AWS will be a plus
- API testing experience might be an equivalent
