Senior Business Analyst (offline)

Required Skills
At least 3 years of previous experience working as a Business Analyst for an internet, technology or mobile app company;
Ability to elicit requirements and document them using different techniques (Use Cases, User stories & Acceptance criteria, prototyping, process models and other visuals);
Ability to prioritise and rationalise multiple requirements, manage stakeholders and their expectations;
Ability to deliver to tight timescales, proactive approach to tasks;
Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
Ability and willingness to constantly improve requirements management process;
Experience working in an Agile approach with regular iterations;
Stress resistance and ability to work in fast-paced environment;
Accuracy and responsible approach to completing tasks;
Fluent English (at least Upper-Intermediate, both spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities
Identify and translate business needs into clearly defined requirements;
Research aviation domain, analyze customers’ input and determine business value of features;
Develop detailed requirements (incl. User stories, Acceptance criteria etc);
Manage product backlog, ensure that PBIs are written in accordance with the INVEST principle;
Collaborate with development team and product owner to develop roadmap and product vision;
Ensure that development team has clear understanding of tasks to be accomplished;
Provide regular analytical reports;
Work with stakeholders and gather their feedback;
Research competitors’ products and behavior, propose feature improvement solutions;
Participate in external and internal Scrum ceremonies;
Assist the development team in its best delivery of incremental MVP.
