Senior Salesforce Developer, Banking System (offline)

About the vacancy

Our client is a British bank, one of the largest financial services companies in the world. The bank was founded three centuries ago, and today its assets are estimated to be worth trillions of US dollars.

DataArt's experts together with developers on the client's side are creating new banking apps and upgrading the old ones.

The primary focus will be on new development using Salesforce (80%) and the rest (20%) on communication with the client, selecting and implementing the best-fit software solution.

Working in this project will provide an opportunity to participate in the technological modernization of a large financial institution, to create a product for millions of users, and to obtain experience in agile software development.

Must have
- 3+ years of experience developing commercial applications, web services and integrations with external systems using Salesforc
- Experience and understanding of all steps of application development on Salesforce: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support
- Deep experience using Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, SOSL , and Salesforce API
- Knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (JavaScript ES6 would be a plus)
- Lightning experience (Aura components , Lightning web components and Lightning app builder)
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce’s API such as SOAP/Rest/Bulk
- Experience with Marketing Cloud
- Experience working with version control systems (SVN, Git)
- Experience supporting and maintaining integrations with other core systems
- Willingness to self-train on new technolgies
- Strong analytical skills and logical approach to problem solvin
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Good spoken English

Would be a plus
- In-depth knowledge of one or more ETL tools such as Mulesoft, Cast Iron, Informatica, or comparable technology
- Salesforce certification
- Working knowledge of OOP, OOD, and design patterns
- Experience designing software
- Experience working with foreign clients
