Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Take full ownership of and develop the Affiliate Programme
2. Build, manage and grow affiliate relationships as well as maximise performance of the existing affiliate base.
3. Develop and monitor affiliate promotions.
4. Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme.
5. Creating, tracking and evaluating all affiliate marketing activity and reporting ROI of campaigns

Requirements:
1. A minimum of two years of experience in an affiliates' role.
2. Understanding of the main metrics of online marketing (CPA, CPL, CPM, CPC)
3. Good analytical abilities and skills to work with large volumes of data
4. Effective sales and negotiation skills
5. Driven and results-orientated
6. Upper Intermediate level of English
