Head of Marketing / Маркетинг-менеджер (offline)

Job Purpose. Establish marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
— Understand FreySoft service offerings and be able to articulate it’s values;
— Development and implementation of the marketing strategies and plan for increase market share. The ideal candidate will develop plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects, and setting short-term and long-term department goals.

Develop, agree (with all stakeholders) and maintain marketing strategy/plan (for example: using approach SOSTAC
Situation Analysis — where are we now?
Objectives — what do you want to achieve?
Strategy — how are you going to get there?
Tactics — what are the details of the strategy?
Actions — who is going to do what, and by when?
Controls — how are you going to measure success?)

— Build funnels for decision-makers. Supervision & improvement of sales & marketing funnels’ performance through market analysis, competitor analysis, knowledge sharing, and process improvement;
— Pack and promote the services of the company.
— Preparation of materials for promotion: news, articles, cases, reviews, presentations, videos and so on;
— Generation of informational occasions to attract the attention without direct advertising.
— Customer relationship management (crm). Use multiple channels to develop effectively relationships with C-level and VP decision makers in customer side. Maintain and update customer databases;
— Manage all event-related processes and tasks, including: project plans, agendas, meetings, budgets, communications, etc. to ensure all milestones are met;
— Conduct competitor analysis to ensure marketing strategy effectiveness;
— Prepare KPI reports on marketing performance;
— Market research. Conduct regular market research and analysis (using proper statistical methods) of market trends. Identify target markets and how best to reach them. Monitor competitor activity;
— Creating content to support marketing and sales activities. Managing presence on social media and in professional communities;.
— Form, identify and promote FreySoft’s competitive advantage as Best Employer. Empower stuffing process and vacancies closure through generating candidate pipeline for Global Talent Acquisitions;
— Measuring success. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies/plans and campaigns;
— Manage and develop company’s Sales and Marketing channels: Corporate Website, Social Media, Public Relations and Media Presence, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, Client Marketing;
— Other duties as assigned.


Specialized knowledge:
• Sales and Marketing (knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems etc.);
• Good understanding of Sales and Marketing funnels;
• Customer and Personal Service (knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction etc.);
• Administration and Management (knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources etc.);
• Communications and Media (knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media etc.).

Experience:
— Successful experience of 3 years in area of marketing in B2B;
— 5-year working experience in IT outsourcing/product development companies.
