Creative Director (offline)

Requirements:
• 5+ years in Creative Management preferably in supervising art, animation and UI teams up to 5 ppl within the focus on the multi product pipeline management;
• 3+ years working in an Agile development environment and managing iteration-level deliverables with experience in Jira / Confluence and other;
• 3+ years working with Mobile Apps products experience is a plus;
• 3+ years close cooperation with Digital Marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibility:
• Leading the creative part of the product development from the initiatives of the new concept of product to the creating the visual / animation prototypes and final delivery process;
• In cooperation with product management and digital marketing function the visual testing process to analyse the best solution for current or potential users;
• Create the visual target concept for new game products as well as following the general methodology of the creating game character targeted on educational entertainments approach;
• Full responsibility for the managing standard of processing, operational KPIs and results of art, animation and UI teams;
• Must lead complex projects independently, develop a strong understanding of our customers, manage multiple concurrent projects, and identify and lead solutions that recognise significant business value;
• Create a standards of brand book, game design templates as well as animation profiles to optimise the workflow and speed up the processes;
• Develop and implement metrics for project performance as well as align project work with the overall corporate objectives and directions from senior leadership.
