Web designer (offline)

*Responsibility:*
-Create Landing Pages and Sales Pages design
-Create Personas, User Stories, User Flow, Sitemap, Wireframes, Prototypes, User Interactions, and Design Production
-Create powerful emotional impact with design
-Prepare a design for a development production
-Implement data-driven edits as a result of tests
-Create design libraries, automate and improve workflow
-Work close with CPO, developers, and marketers

*Required Skills:*
-High empathy level
-Understanding of behaviour patterns
-User psychology understanding and manipulating
-Understanding of Dark UI / UX patterns
-Web Design Guidelines knowledge
-User Flow
-Wire-framing
-Prototyping
-Usability Testing
-Sitemap
-Emotional Marketing design
-Web and Mobile Design experience ( >3 years )
-Knowledge of Fintech will be a huge plus

*Required Tools:*
Figma, Sketch, Miro
