What are you will be doing?
Ensure excellent knowledge of products and services provided by the company
Create Regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
Follow up sales goals and metrics
Report on regional sales results/ monthly based
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Determine and understand customer requirements and match Company’s products and services to them
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Represent the Company at various events and social gatherings, provide appropriate reports
Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople, make a training plan for personal

Who we will be glad to see in the team:
Strategic planner with a strong record of delivering significant business process improvements, market share expansion, revenue growth, and profit gains within competitive markets
Ideally, have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development in B2B
Innovative in conceptualization and tactical execution of business development and customer retention programs
Superb communicator, persuasive negotiator, and effective problem-solver; creative, intuitive, resourceful and results-oriented, excel in cultivating and maintaining rewarding business relationships
Since this is a job, including in foreign markets, we expect you to be fluent in English

How will the interview process go:
We will be happy to see a resume that describes your experience. In the positive case, we will arrange a call with the HR manager, where we will talk about the details of the position and answer all questions. After the HR talks - calls from the Head of Regional offices and B2B operations - we learn more about projects and products, find out if we can be interesting to each other.
