UX Designer (offline)

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in UX Design as well as experience in UI Design
• Background in mobile, desktop and web applications
• Experience in B2B products
• Good design and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of human interface guidelines (iOS, Android, Windows)
• Great knowledge of a variety of UX research
• Ability to write, execute, and analyze usability tests - and then optimize UX
• Experience in creating design system
• Good English - Upper intermediate+

Responsibilities:
• Design features for mobile, desktop and web apps
• Develop solutions for world’s leading enterprises
• Provide from low to high fidelity mock-ups
• Perform usability testing
• Closely collaborate with developers, Product Managers

Will be a plus:
• Familiarity with design thinking techniques
