Architect / Senior Python/Django software engineer (offline)

We are looking for a Python/Django professional, with an in-depth working knowledge of the Django framework for a long-term project for our client in the USA. You will work closely with engineers who worked in Amazon, Facebook and many other major companies.

As a senior Django/Python engineer, you will evolve the development of the API with some cutting edge technologies. If you enjoy architecting scalable systems and build impressive high-load applications, send us to please your CV.

Your responsibilities:
- You'll work on project architecture
- Be ready to work on all things re Django, we need strong tech agnostic
- Work with engineers, product managers, designers and data scientists to evolve these services to provide new experiences for our customers and meet our ever-growing scale
- You will mentor other engineers on architecture and process
- Work on our REST API that supports both our clients and our own frontend
- Code reviewing, writing design docs and documentation

Contact us if You Have:
- 5+ years of web engineering experience
- Experience with building and operating a modern REST API (ie. Swagger, rate limiting, authentication, etc.)
- A habit of writing code following all SOLID principles
- A solid understanding of relational databases
- A solid understanding of modern operational processes and concerns for web applications (deployment, provisioning, monitoring)
- A solid understanding of Django Rest Framework
- A strong understanding of software architecture
- Fluent English to communicate

Nice to have:
- Experience in AdTech and programmatic advertising projects
- Open-source projects contribution

The product you will be working on is an innovative advertising platform which provides multiple tools and solutions for marketers for targeting the right audience. A lot of clients rely on our custom-built UI and API in their daily workflow.
