Project Manager (offline) $800-1600

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in ІТ Project Management.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken).
- Good understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze and solve project-related problems.
- Awareness of the tools and metrics for evaluating development performance.
- Good time-management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collecting project requirements, evaluating the scope, building realistic estimates.
- Maintaining daily communication, understanding client expectations, and ensuring their fulfillment.
- Managing the project through every stage.
- Risk management on the projects, including dealing with the changed requests and prioritizing.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Direct communication with clients (emails, voice calls, status updates, etc.).
- Tracking project statuses (documentation, reporting, performance monitoring).
- Managing team workload and ensuring on-time delivery of bug-free solutions.
