Senior Business Analyst (offline)

Client flagship product today is a Win32/64 based application that is hosted on premise, either by the client or their customers.
The application UI consists of a mix of embedded components written in C++/C#/Java/Web technologies.
Prior to moving the whole application to a fully web-based SaaS model on AWS, UI components will be incrementally converted to a modern web stack. The client uses its own web application development framework built on React and Ruby on Rails. Backend services are written in C++ and Java and currently being converted to REST-based microservices written in Java Spring Boot. The application uses Oracle as the backend database.

REQUIREMENTS
5+ years’ experience in business analysis within software development projects
Experience in producing business requirement artifacts including UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, Functional & Non-Functional Specifications, User Interface Design Specifications, etc
Good knowledge of Scrum methodology, understanding of Business Analyst role in Scrum
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced technical background: understanding software technologies, integrations, database specifics
Good process modeling skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience in customer relationship management and critical issue handling, managing clients’ expectations
Ability to implement the processes improvement and drive changes
Upper-intermediate or higher English level (B2)
