System Administrator (offline)

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows and MacOS
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience
- Experience with system/hardware maintenance
- Experience with Apple Mac/PC hardware administration and diagnostic
- Storage systems administration experience
- Experience in implementing backup & restore systems and processes
- Intermediate or higher English level (spoken and written) is a must

Responsibilities:
- First level support on MacOS environment
- Preparation of the equipment to be delivered to new employees
- Introducing new employees to MacOS equipment
- Collaborating with other departments to identify their needs
- Management of local networks and servers
- Local security issues monitoring
- Maintain, repair, and upgrade office hardware and software
- Drafting related documentation

Nice to have:
- Attention to details
- VOIP systems administration i.e. Asterisk
- Ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms
- Good communication skills
- Helpdesk experience
- Knowledge and/or prior working experience on an MDM system will be considered as a plus.
