Head of Business Development (offline)

About You:
- Successful experience as IT Business Development Manager no less than 4 years
- Knowledge of sales tools such as LinkedIn, Hubspot CRM;
- Understanding of world outsourcing markets and trends;
- Passion for sales and solution selling, solid leadership and teambuilding presence;
- Successful market research and lead generation experience;
- Experience of pitches, presentations and roadshows;
- Strong communication skills and excellent organizational ability;
- Experience building sales/marketing team, people management experience;
- Excellent English.

You will:
- Identify and develop new sales channel opportunities and generate new business accounts;
- Take part in sales department strategy development and align it with the general company vision and goals;
- Build and manage sales team and processes
- Manage the full sales cycle including proposals;
- Generate leads and attend meetings;
- Manage sales pipeline on Hubspot;
- Track and report project sales opportunities and interface with others on project pursuits;
- Occasional travel, as needed.
