Business Analyst (offline)

Hard Skills:
- Basic knowledge of business analysis knowledge areas, techniques, responsibilities, and activities;
- Basic knowledge and experience with Agile and Scrum-based development methodologies;
- Some experience in creating and maintaining documentation: SRS, backlog in the form of user stories and use cases;
- Some experience in modeling via BPMN, UML, experience with UML Use Case, Sequence and Activity diagrams;
- Understanding of software development lifecycle;

Soft Skills:
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
- Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work as a team player;
- Organized, detail-oriented and logical approach to process implementation;
- Good time-management skills, ability to handle multi-tasking activities;
- High flexibility. Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances and feedback;
- English — pre-intermediate or higher;

- Perform requirements specification, diagramming, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements;
