Sales Manager (offline)

Skills and requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as Sales Manager;
Understanding of sales specificity in IT sphere
Hands-on experience in different business models (Dedicated Team, Time and Material, Fixed Price);
Strong presentation skills;
Great strategic sales skills and business acumen;
Professional self-sufficiency and ability to take decisions autonomously;
Initiative towards constant improvement of sales processes;
Excellent English level (both verbal and written).

Will be a plus:
Experience in effective team management;
Experience in dealing with Marketing Department.

Your area of responsibility:
Handle entire sales cycle from lead generation up to close-deal;
Attract new clients and establish strategic partnership for long term cooperation;
Explore regular sales activities and meetups;
Make market research to identify prospective directions in sales activity of the company;
Participate in sales business trips;
Establish ongoing productive relationships with internal and external sales representatives;
Handle CRM system maintaining the relevance of sales-activity data.
