Middle Java Engineer (offline)

Your responsibilities will include:

● Development, maintenance, and unit tests for a software configuration item by utilizing software development environments and programming languages to implement design and satisfy allocated requirements
● Developing/decomposing, documenting and maintaining designs for a software component consistent with the defined architecture and requirements/regulations by applying established methods and practices
● Ensure the application of best practices
● Supporting integration efforts of complex systems, applying comprehensive knowledge of system domain areas to resolve complex integration issues
● Prioritizing development tasks and supporting details design reviews
● Performing computer software component requirements change assessment
● Supporting requirements team lead in negotiating computer software configuration item interfaces and requirements
● Participating in internal and external design reviews by necessity

Competencies:

● At least 2-3 years experience with JAVA 8 (Spring/Boot), Spring Cloud, Spring Security
● Good knowledge in SQL, Maven, SonarQube, IntelliJ IDEA/Eclipse
● Unit testing (JUnit)
● Good spoken and written English
● Tool experience: Jama, Jira, Coverity, Gitlab, BitBucket, Jenkins, Container orchestration
● Agile Software Development, Server-side tools and service infrastructures on Microsoft Azure, Docker containers, OOD, RESTful APIs
● Ability to prioritize development tasks and activities
● Excellent communication skills
