German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (offline)

We are seeking an auspicious, attentive, capable of performing monotonous processes Specialist to join our team and work on creating designs and work with Clients on fixing issues in existing layouts.

Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include:
• Working with Clients emails;
• Designing original printed product designs, including business cards, flyers, posters, etc.;
• Fixing issues in existing clients layouts to ensure high-quality printing;

Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in graphic design;
• A basic understanding of printing processes (highly desired)
• College degree, certification, trade school, or professional training with an emphasis on graphic design;
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
• Understanding of modern trends in graphic design, web design and printing industry;
• Artistic taste;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German, good communication skills in English.
