German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (offline)
Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include:
• Working with Clients emails;
• Designing original printed product designs, including business cards, flyers, posters, etc.;
• Fixing issues in existing clients layouts to ensure high-quality printing;
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in graphic design;
• A basic understanding of printing processes (highly desired)
• College degree, certification, trade school, or professional training with an emphasis on graphic design;
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
• Understanding of modern trends in graphic design, web design and printing industry;
• Artistic taste;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German, good communication skills in English.
