DevOps Engineer (offline)

About the project:

We are working on the development of the new content delivery app with the China target market, where people could watch cyber sport events live or VOD from the best cyber tournaments organisations. There are plenty of tasks in our roadmap, such business logic implementation, video transcoding, integration with multiple third party services, work closely with streaming, video delivery and developing of rest APIs. Our candidate should have a desire to learn and grow quickly.

Our candidate has:
• Strong knowledge of Linux world.
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Bash scripting.
• Full understanding of how WEB applications are working.
• Knowledges in network technology stack (TCP/IP and higher-level protocols).
• Understanding of Software Development Life cycle.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (preferable Jenkins).
• Strong knowledge at least one of Cloud Providers (preferable AWS or GCP).
• Experience with configuration management tools (preferable Ansible).
• Experience with Terraform IaC approach.

Will be a plus:
• Experience with deploy and maintain services in Chinaland (Alibaba cloud, etc).

What you will be doing:
• Deploy scalable projects using IaC approach(Terraform, etc).
• Configure CI/CD on the projects(Jenkins, etc).
• Create projects of the Platform type (not only three-tier application).
• Pass exams: AWS certification, GCP certification as a Solution Architect.
• Move with Team towards Cloud Partnership strategy.
