Senior Designer (offline)

We develop a supplier collaboration platform for orchestrating of construction’s heavy work for US-based partner. This cloud-based platform built on Node.JS, React, JavaScript, Azure, etc., increases collaboration between contractors and project owners, and their heavy material suppliers, producers and haulers. It facilitates every step in the workflow from initial orders through to paying the final bill.

In addition to this platform has advanced mechanisms for revealing insights collected from a variety of sources, including IoT devices, telematics, jobsite tech, production automatics, etc. Collected analytics help making better business decisions, operate more efficiently, and see actionable info in real-time.

Users interact with the platform using the web, and mobile applications running Apple iOS and Android devices.

Several of our scrum teams with a reasonable share of product ownership are involved in business analysis, design, development, testing, as well as UI/UX activities.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in client-facing setting, designing applications within business objectives and technological constraints
Creating Interaction Design and UI Design for web-based applications and mobile apps, from concept to shipping release software
Leading and mentoring other product designers to ensure UI patterns meet the product’s evolving needs
Working with complex design libraries and design documentation
Translating typography, animation and interaction parts of the interface to Front-end developers
Strong experience of working in modern collaborative environments (Sketch, Figma, Miro, Google Docs)
Collaborating in a cross-functional team with a variety of stakeholders across different business functions and levels (developers, customer representatives, strategists, researchers, QA, business analysts etc.)
Excellent written and communication skills
Upper-intermediate (B2) level of speaking English

Responsibilities:
Your work will revolve around the evolution of our customer’s existing Design Language, from exploring and reviewing ideas to building on top of a component library and documenting design patterns
You will play a role in a multi-disciplinary team of designers, business strategists and developers who deliver new features for supplier collaboration platform, created for orchestrating construction’s heavy work
We will provide a creative environment with challenging tasks, so you can deliver fast with support of client, developers and other designers in this team
