System Administrator (offline)

Qualifications:

- 3+ years in a previous System Administrator support role
- Experience in supporting Windows Server 2012 & 2016
- Experience with SQL Server 2014 & 2016
- Experience with Windows networking
- Experience configuring and managing Active Directory
- Experience in supporting business critical software application
- Great oral and written communication skills in English

Will be a plus:

- Exposure to AWS & Azure an advantage
- Exposure to containerisation an advantage
- Experience configuring and managing Office 365 (AzureAD)
- Exposure to development languages (C#, HTML, JavaScript, PowerShell)

- WSUS Configuration, Maintenance & Management
- Active Directory Management (Local and Remote)
- Software Deployment & Configuration (Servers, Testing, Production)
- Security (Firewalls and Anti-Virus)
- Phone System (Cloud PABX and Physical PABX)
- Infrastructure Implementation (Physical, Virtual & Cloud)
- Application Deployment (PelicanCorp Developed Software)
- Monitoring (Infrastructure, Servers, Applications)
- Environment Security (Infrastructure, Servers, Applications)
- Perimeter Security (Firewalls, IPS, RED, DLP and Anti-Virus)
- Maintenance (Backups, Updates, Security, Patches)
- General Software Deployment, Configuration & Support (Physical, Virtual & Cloud)
- Network Maintenance
- Attend and partake in forums, user groups, seminars, conferences, etc
