Business Analyst (offline)

We are currently hiring Business Analyst who will be a part of agile development and will be working on product improvements and new features implementation on enterprise grade websites and software systems. The Business Analyst is involved in all areas of development, discussing ideas technical managers and sales persons, design of requirements and creation of acceptance criteria, refinement with the development team, and manage priorities.

Responsibilities:
• Project/product requirements clarification and development
• Managing backlog for the development team
• Overall project business and functional requirements management
• Daily communication with the client on all aspects of the expectations and requirements management
• Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, prioritized and clear to all stakeholder

Requirements:
• Great communication skills and strong upper-intermediate/advanced English
• 3+ years of experience in working on Business Analysis or PO roles, portfolio of — successfully delivered projects in Agile environment (Scrum in particular)
• Good understanding of software architecture design and development principles
• Good understanding of software development methodologies
• Experienced presenter of ideas to real clients
• Being result-oriented, ability to make things done in a highly dynamic environment
• Being a good team player and leader
