Responsibilities:
β Managing support tickets with financial/technical relations
β Processing multiple requests on various platforms β website, Android, Mac & iOS
β Work with product, development and international desks teams
Requirements:
β Degree in Economics / Finance
β Knowledge/experience in financial markets or Trading - MUST
β Very good written and verbal communication skills in English - MUST
β Fast learner and highly motivated
β High details orientation
β Ability to work in flexible hours
Advantages:
β Familiarity with the world of Cryptocurrencies β Bitcoin, Ethereum
β Previous experience as a customer support agent
β Familiarity with ZenDesk (or other CRM platforms)
β Work experience in global websites international desk or support
β Familiarity with web and app environments on multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS)
β High level of organisational skills and capabilities
β Knowledge in additional languages
