Technical support engineer (offline)

Requirements:
Strong Linux administrative skills (networking, processes, users, systemd)
Good speaking and writing English
Strong troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills
Hands on experience with Bash scripting
Base MySQL administration
Base knowledge in version control, branching strategies (GIT)

Will be a plus:
Conterization technologies (docker)
AWS services
Python

Responsibilities:
Deploy and setup the product on the clients’ sites
Troubleshoot software issues on production servers
Debug software on bare metal and Cloud infrastructure
Train L2 technical support engineers
Write documentation
Automate the workflow with Bash
