Green Panda Games is a dynamic mobile GameDev company that publishes and creates top-notch hyper-casual games. We are composed of young, motivated and professional people who are an integral part of our success. Green Panda Games was founded in 2013 in France. At the beginning of 2018, the company set a goal to take a leader in the market of hyper-casual in the Idle genre. Games were released that became hits and led the company to achieve its goal. In December 2018, the Green Panda Games studio was opened in Ukraine, which inherited the common values of the company. In August 2019, Green Panda Games joined the Ubisoft Group. We create and publish iIdle games for more than 100 million iOS and Android users who play our games in more than 150 countries!

Requirements:

Experience in a similar position more than 2 years;
Good understanding of gamesdevopment, and being a player as well;
Knowledge and practical experience in applying best practices in the field of creating and managing competitive products, research and game development;
A clear understanding of the game development process;
Deep knowledge of the genre specifics of the games the company specializes in;
Understanding game development features for mobile platforms;
Mapping skills;
English — ability to communicate with main office in Paris;
Originality, creativity, responsibility, attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

The ability to create effective solutions according to requirements;
Pitch, prototype, balance and playtest features, overseeing them from concept to final implementation, ensuring the highest level of quality in everything you own;
Create, standardize and maintain design documentation, including feature specification and implementation guidelines, considering the project stage;
Create game systems that answer the needs of the Producer with regard to the targeted experience for the player, while observing the production directives of the game.
