IT lawyer/Arbitration experience (offline)

Requirements:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience;
- Experience representing IT companies before international arbitrations institutions!!!
- Proven ability to draft complex and often heavily-negotiated commercial contracts;
- Upper-Intermediate OR Advanced English level;
- Articulate and persuasive communication skills, with an ability to challenge.

Responsibilities:
- Advising on a wide range of commercial matters including drafting, negotiating and interpreting contracts such as major outsourcing, supply, etc.;
- Coordinating with top managers of our company and employees;
- Developing and implementing policy, procedure, and know-how to improve efficiencies across the business.
