Requirements:
o Proficient English (both written and spoken)
o Knowledge of scriptwriting strategy, its trends and techniques
o 3+ overall experience in video scriptwriting
o 2+ proven experience as a video scriptwriter in the advertising agency
o Solid portfolio of work
o Creativity
o The ability to create believable characters through well-written engaging dialogue
o Understanding of a full cycle of video product development
o Stupendous research skills and a talent for a networking
o Collaborative spirit
o Excellent time management
o Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability

Responsibilities:

o Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative video concepts through execution on assigned brands
o Research and understand the client’s needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings
o Creating characters, crafting dialogue and writing an engaging plot for videos of different kinds: promotional, explainers, educational, etc.
o Handle the scriptwriting process that tends to involve the following course of action: idea generation and research, planning, character development, and then writing.
o Write every aspect of a script, from the dialogue to its final release.
o Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff from concept development to delivery of the final product
o Present video concepts and final deliverables to the internal team, and to client representative as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasion
o Revise video copy based on internal and client feedback/direction
