Fluent English
Experience in writing and editing
Experience in creating technical documentation and/or developer outreach for a developer audience
Experience with authoring tools such as MS Office, XML, HTML, Graphic editing tools.
Ability to work with source code and document API for example.
Ability to produce and organize content with a logical flow
Ability to work with visual content (infographics) and video content
Attention to details
Ability to cope with routine work
Team player


Job Responsibilities
Design, write and edit technical and process documentation.
Be part of a team responsible for quality, discoverability, and accuracy of the content, for both internal and external technologies.
Do hands-on research and obtain necessary technical content from subject matter experts while translating it into clear, concise, and structured documentation.
Create and maintain internal and external documentation for technologies and tools used.
Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure quality, discoverability, and accuracy of the content you create and develop.


Department/Project Description
We develop a supplier collaboration platform for orchestrating of construction’s heavy work for US-based partner.

This cloud-based platform built on Node.JS, React, JavaScript, Azure, etc., increase collaboration between contractors and project owners, and their heavy material suppliers, producers, and haulers. It facilitates every step in the workflow from initial orders through to paying the final bill.

In addition to this platform has advanced mechanisms for revealing insights collected from a variety of sources, including IoT devices, telematics, Jobsite tech, production automatics, etc. Collected analytics help making better business decisions, operate more efficiently, and see actionable info in real-time.

Users interact with the platform using the web, and mobile applications running Apple iOS and Android devices.

Several of our scrum teams with a reasonable share of product ownership are involved into business analysis, design, development, testing, as well as UI/UX activities.
