Middle PHP Engineer (offline)

- Upper middle developer
- Experience in PHP and JavaScript, including some JS frameworks
- Familiar with CSS, LESS, and a modern CSS framework (e.g. Bootstrap)
- English at least Upper-Intermediate
- Good communication skills, this is very important for the client
- Experience in skinning / theming a web-based CMS (e.g. WordPress, Magento, or Drupal)
