Lead QA Automation (offline)

Requirements:
— Strong coding skills (Python)
— Strong experience with Flask
— Hands-on experience with End-to-End testing on UI and API levels
— Proven experience with UI automation of Web and Mobile applications
— Prior experience with Docker
— Strong experience with Git
— CI (Circle CI, Jenkins)
— Experience with Selenium/Webdriver
— Experience with automation on real devices (knowledge of Appium)
— Strong software testing experience and a good awareness of concepts
— Functional and non-functional testing experience (e.g., regression, integration, performance, smoke, etc.)
— Experience producing key test assets (requirements gathering, test plans, test reports)
— Strong communication skills
— The system, result-oriented mindset
— English Intermediate+

Will be a plus:
— Shell/Bash language knowledge
— Page Object pattern understanding

Responsibilities:
— Coordinating a team, managing the day-to-day activities of team members, knowledge sharing and coaching
— Manage test automation, design, and implementation based on Selenium/Webdriver used for functional and UI testing
— Improving and supporting the quality of the code in the project, review of pull requests
— Maintain and improvement of existing coverage to support rapid changes in the product (with focus on UI part)
— Providing daily reports about test results used for continuous deployment of the product

How did it all start? It started with an honest desire to create a great delivery service, which would be #1 in Ukraine. In March 2018 in Dnipro city we had only three couriers and delivered 83 orders from 5 restaurants. Over the next 12 months we have delivered 9,000 orders. Now — we won’t even count, because this number is growing literally every day.
