Frontend Engineer (offline)

We are looking for an engineer with a passion for front-end development to help build our web application from the ground up. Ideally, you have 3 to 5 years experience developing web applications and bonus points if you built them from scratch! You will collaborate with designers to create impactful user experiences, implementing the UI using React and Redux, implementing back-end APIs, and connecting the two.


● Experience with modern back-end programming languages like Python or Javascript
● Familiarity with React and Redux frameworks
● Familiarity with CSS preprocessors, bundlers, and associated languages/syntaxes/libraries like Sass, Less, and webpack
● Thorough understanding of user experience
● Experience with testing platforms and implementing unit tests
● Proficiency with Git
● Appreciation for clean and well-documented code
● Great attention to detail

Bonus points if you have experience with:
● Designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment mechanisms
● Designing and managing databases including being up on the latest practices
● Managing infrastructure in a public cloud environment like AWS
● Implementing WebRTC or other 3rd party video applications
