Product Manager (offline)

Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Marketing Manager / or brand manager in digital agency;
— Experience of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle;
— Understanding of software product development practices and technologies;
— Proactive and openminded, with ability to constantly learn and develop;
— Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving;
— Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams;
— Motivation to search for alternative solutions for a problem;;
— Proactive and positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
— Market research.Trendwatching;
— Competitor research. Assess competition by comparing products;
— Customer research. Stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiries, and workshops.
Product Planning;
— Develop of Product vision and positioning strategies;
— Define the long term strategy of the product and create product road map;
— Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research;
— Hypothesis definition;
— Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, define feature ideas and maintain existing features to drive business goals;
— Maintain and update existing features.
Collaboration with the development team:
— consultations for project teams (design and development teams);
— assistance in detailing features and prioritizing the backlog;
— Produce high-level product requirements, iterate with design and engineering teams;
— Taking part in the demo to help the team to defend our solutions, if needed;
— Involvement in the coordination process with a client as an expert.
Collaboration with the sales:
— Work with the sales director to create product sales strategies;
— Work with customers and sales to evaluate sales call results;
— Create long- and short-term product sales forecasts and analysis for management;
— Determine product pricing based on market research, production costs and anticipated demand;
— Assistance with product presentations.
Product marketing:
— Create product marketing communications objectives;
— Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features;
— Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
Customer and End-User Support:
— Manage product-related support, feedback, and inquiries from users;
— Co-ordinate market research to track customer and end-user feedback;
— Use market feedback to inform product refinements and ongoing development.
