Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Relevant experience in contact centers, outsourcing companies or related fields as Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Lead, Team Lead
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Analytical thinking, attentiveness, multitasking, helicopter view, personal discipline, client-oriented approach.

• Perticipation in Reporting Automatisation
• 1C Management
• OM and TL Development
• Modeling for New project
• Margin Maximization, Participation in Recruiting
• Communication with Non Strat Clients
• Other project support tasks
