Middle PHP/JS Fullstack Developer (offline)

QA Tool is an internal system used for monitoring statistics of clients’ appeals to the company and interactions with Customer Support representatives who work in chats and tickets based on the data from the helpdesk system.
The QA Tool does not have any analogs provided by helpdesk systems.
The tool is built on a base of a helpdesk system. The Helpdesk system is used to provide Live Chat and Ticket Support to external customers. This is a third-party system that is stored on company servers and maintained by company developers and Technical Operations staff. The system is integrated with company systems. It is upgraded on a constant basis by the means of company Technical Operations Staff.
The helpdesk database is also used for NPS (Net Promoter Score) tool. This is an internal tool used for collecting and processing customers’ feedback, surveys, hosting cancellation requests, and building different types of reports.

Requirements:

2+ years experience
PHP 5/7
Good knowledge in HTML/CSS/DOM and Browser Javascript
Experience with jQuery
Understanding REST API
Advanced MySQL to create difficult and effective queries
Experience to debug, analyze and optimize mysql queries.
Experience with MVC PHP Frameworks
Experience Git
Basic experience with UNIX-like systems

Will be an advantage:

Experience ExtJS (prefer version 3.4)
Experience Docker
Experience to create auto-tests (unit, integration, e2e)

Responsibilities:

As a dedicated team member, you will deliver business value via code and systems, building an Opeshift-hosted, Docker-based product
You will solve existing and new user problems and implement new business opportunities
Also You will maintain and regularly update helpdesk system
This includes writing code, unit and functional tests, making code reviews, designing architecture, analyzing and estimating user stories.
Reviewing code and aligning with best-practices: SOLID, KISS, DRY is a part of a workflow
You should evince responsible attitude to project, and desire to facilitate project growth, though not forgetting about quality of proposed solutions
