Senior Front-end JavaScript Developer (React) (offline)

The Company is a business solutions provider based in Berlin, Germany. Our mission is to help organisations integrate mobile applications and web applications into their operation for decreasing error, time, and labour involved in filling out paper forms and entering them into a computer system. Our team has extensive experience in the B2B field, specialising in creating tailor-made solutions for organisations in various sectors including transport, logistics, construction, security, and health care. Aside from the wide selection of ready-to-go apps, online data management software, and cloud storage, our services include consultation and custom app development.

We focus on eliminating paperwork and recording data in real time by creating customised apps for our client companies to optimise workflow efficiency and productivity by using our secure cloud service with dedicated and Taylor made apps.

Required skills:
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- React (v. 16+)
- jQuery

Would be a plus:
- Node.js
- Express
- Redux
- Cypress

We are NOT using nor planning short term to use Angular or any other frameworks, (and therefore such skills are not valuable for us).

What we have is a java backend exposed via REST with a legacy COMET based Ajax event system, and on frontend we have a legacy framework, "slightly" MVC, based on Jquery/Jquery UI/requireJS/React

Please state briefly what is your experience and your "interest" in jquery/jquery UI, requireJs, React, and proprietary JS framework with also focus on tweakings and customization of look and feel with quite "precise" needs in terms of UI appearance. A good part of the job is getting things "very good looking".
