Senior Business Analyst (offline)

About project:

Currently, we`re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team, who will help us working on solutions and implementing leading technologies that will allow reaching our targets in leads generating and improve user experience of our products.

Responsibilities:

- Working with the products team to create detailed product specifications, ensuring that business requirements have been met;
- Clarifying use cases and scenarios on demand during product development, ensuring any blockers are understood, and proposing alternate solutions when necessary;
- Participating in business testing of interim releases and giving feedback to the development teams;
- Collecting and collating feedback from business users.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in software engineering as a Business Analyst;
- In-depth experience with identifying and understanding user and business needs and behaviors in both B2B and B2C environments;
- Experience in business, systems, and engineering process modeling, creating mock-ups;
- Experience with analyzing the operational flow of existing products and identifying areas in need of improvement;
- Collaboration skills and a proven ability to work with domain and technical experts to understand problems and propose solutions;
- Experience with a broad range of methods and tools, including use cases, user stories, process models, data models, and scenarios;
- Familiarity with web, desktop, and mobile software architecture principles;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Bachelor or MSc degree in computer science, finance, or related field;
- Intermediate English.
- Experience with any SRM or ERP systems (1C) - will be a big plus.
