Recruiter/HR (offline)

You are expected to have:

2+ years experience in Recruiting/HR in international holdings and IT companies;
Experience in candidate selection, interviewing;
Experience in direct search and headhunting;
Excellent knowledge of IT area;
Excellent communication and networking skills;
Experience in hiring Senior / Lead specialists;
At least intermediate level of English.

As a great advantage:

Technical background is a strong plus;
Base of specialists you can involve into our product;
Social activity in Facebook, LinkedIn;
Effective multi-tasking and prioritization ability.

You are up to:

85% of your time time will be dedicated to recruiting, 15% - helping with HR tasks;
Full cycle recruitment of technical and non-technical positions;
Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job boards;
Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates;
Maintaining candidates throughout all stages;
