Media Buyer (offline)

The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

Media buyer with at least 1 years experience in managing media campaigns of different types (native, popunder push notification, banner, etc)
Experience of work with performance tracking systems
Knowledge of all metrics like CTR (both ad and page), CR, EVP, ROI, eCPM;
Experience of work with both CPL and CPA types of offers, knowledge of differences between them;
Ability to work independently
To set up campaigns, to test offers, to scale the best performing sources, to distribute the budgets properly;
Knowledge of differences between various type of campaigns
Good working knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)
The following and considered a plus:

Experience with financial tematics, gambling, etc.
Work with really high budgets
Knowledge of additional languages
Experience with AdWords, Fb, Bing
Key responsibilities:

Planning, buying, tracking and optimizing campaigns;
Negotiate and close deals to buy advertising inventor.
Plan and build new campaigns every month across a variety of ad networks and run them;
Actively manage campaigns by optimizing bidding, and performance to ensure KPI delivery;
Provide creative direction for banners, text ads, images, video ads and landing pages; Monitor and analyze data against the defined campaign success metrics;
Constantly optimize the campaigns performance via targeting tactics, media channels optimization and improving engagement;
Scale multiple campaigns prioritizing by revenue opportunity;
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly performance goals;
Coordinate internally with an acquisition, conversion product and creative teams;
Research and follow up on trends and developments and identify new performance opportunities.
