Project Manager (offline)

Technology stack of project: Node.js, AWS Serverless services (AWS Lambda, Cognito, API Gateway, Step Functions, Amplify), RDS Postgres, Angular, Android, IOS.

Requirements:
- 2+ experience in managing software development projects;
- English upper-intermediate;
- Experience in managing SCRUM team, hiring and people management;
- Strong understanding of SDLC;
- Strong knowledge of modern technologies and principles of software design;
- Ability to prioritize and determine urgent issues that need immediate attention;
- Strong soft skills, excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
- High leadership capability, capable of mentoring others;
- Ability to organize people, processes;
- Self-development and discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Atlassian products: Jira and Confluence

Requirements (nice to have):
- Certification in Scrum and Agile;
- Software development experience;

Job responsibilities:
- Lead scrum team;
- Oversee and improve delivery processes such as release planning, quality of product, deployment, etc.
- Motivate and provide guidance to development teams as well as make hiring and firing decisions;
- Work closely with business stakeholders to keep everyone informed on the state of delivery;
- Collaborate with product, business stakeholders for a clear understanding of business goals.
