Middle Business Analyst (offline)

The solution is a web-based SaaS enabled platform that bi-directionally integrates with other 3rd party applications such as pharmacies, labs and other applications through 3rd party API’s. The project team has been working with a cutting edge approach for the medical industry in the U.S. The platform aim is to ultimately ease the daily work of Nurses, Physicians, Therapists and other users through automation and decision support. The product is actively growing by adding the new functionality as well as via enhancing and completely re-working the existing parts.

Responsibilities:
● Act as a point of reference for the delivery team and subject matter experts, for all requirements;
● Effective work with minimal supervision. Efficient delivery of defined requirements for the delivery team, to a high level of quality.
● Work with the Delivery Manager to define effort/schedule estimates.
● Peer Reviews (deliverable of other BA to ensure processes, standards and quality are maintained)
● Commitment to meet deadlines

Requirements:
● Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English, written/spoken is a must.
● 2+ years’ experience as a business analyst, with multiple application platforms and solutions knowledge
● Work with stakeholders to define business needs and goals, as well as clarify requirements and create User Stories (written, verbal face-to-face and phone).
● Understand and have practical experience of working in a software development framework, for agile development environment, architecture concepts of web applications, and be aware of appropriate terminology.
● Good skills and experience in requirements documentation and modelling.
● Good interviewing skills
● Ability to break down and analyze functional problems.
● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Good presentation skills; ability to appropriately tailor communications to the size and nature of the audience, including business and technical personnel.
● Good Knowledge of Bug trackers (JIRA/Confluence).
● Healthcare industry experience would be a plus.
● Desire for self-improvement.
● Strong ability for teamwork.
