Back-end Developer Python / Django (offline)

We are building a fully automated ERP system with a small team to optimize and orchestrate the production and distribution of
health products.

As the lead Backend Engineer, you will work in tandem with the head of engineering and the rest of the development team to ensure that you deliver a world class platform. You will be instrumental in defining the technical direction of the platform. As a data company you will bring experience that helps to design and implement the data pipeline.

- 3+ years Django Framework;
- 3+ years Python;
- Prior experience working with Agile/Scrum Process;
- Superior software development skills with solid understanding of OOP design patterns;
- Extensive use of one or more programming languages (Python and .. Java, C++, etc.);
- Experience in relational database technologies including PostgreSQL;
- Prior knowledge/experience of working of ORM & Database (MySQL, NoSQL, Cassandra, Mongo, ELK); Data Collection APIs and SDKs; RESTful interfaces; Websockets;
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux and web application development;
- Familiarity with container technology such as Docker;
- Experience with Amazon Web Services and /or Google Cloud;
- Familiarity with DevOps - Git, CI/CD, containerization and service infrastructure;
- Passion for writing clean, modular, well commented, well-tested, readable and reusable code;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Organisational and time management skills, ability to manage workload and effectively allocate appropriate time to a range of tasks;
- Project management and communication skills;
- Understanding of software development practices such as agile development, testing and peer reviewing;
- Ensure security and efficacy of the data
- Highly experienced in back-end engineering systems and process automation engineering.
