EIS is looking for a Continuous Delivery Integration Technical Manager to be a part of fast paced Global Technology Team. This role places a heavy emphasis on developing complex build, deployment and automated test systems as well as providing support to a large community of engineers and testers.

*Key Responsibilities*:

Own successful Continuous Delivery of product from Development to QA to handover to IT Operations (who deploy to production)
Lead and guide a dedicated team of Devops engineers across 5-10 Locations supporting multiple customer constituents
Architect, Design and implement features for build and test and deployment systems
Provide significant contribution to regular sprint planning sessions, quarterly, and annual roadmap planning cycles.
Provide extensive hands on support, guidance and direction for the delivered artifacts, technical alternative documents and architectural designs that meet business requirements to ensure consistency, security, maintainability, flexibility, resiliency, and operation ability.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of continuous design, build and run processes within EIS development test, release and production systems
Work to continuously improve speed, efficiency and scalability of the design, build and run processes within EIS test and production systems
Work across functional (development/testing, deployment, systems/infrastructure) and project teams to ensure continuous operation of the design, build and run processes within EIS test and production systems
Automate build, test and run processes for system components wherever feasible
Leverage a deep knowledge of the CI process, automated builds, and a variety of build tools to support the customer with hands on samples and guidance
Proactively communicates within and across teams
Proactively seek opportunities to implement improvements to internal team process
Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organizations project life-cycle


7+ years in hands on continuous delivery, release engineering, or software configuration management
3+ years of technical leadership experience
Experience implementing lean/Kanban principles to improve delivery flow
Solid understanding of object oriented programming concepts and implementations
Hands-on experience with complex build-and-deploy systems Hands-on experience with most of the following: Java, Ruby, Groovy, Gradle, Chef, Vagrant, Ant/NAnt, Maven, Kubernetes
Expert knowledge of source control management systems (i.e. Mercurial, Subversion, Star Team or Git) including code branching/merging strategies
Experience with build automation systems such as Jenkins/Hudson, or Cruise Control
Expert with build-time dependency management (Maven or Ivy)
Familiarity with unit testing and code-coverage tools
Familiarity with functional or performance test automation techniques and tools
Experience delivering tools or internal services to other application development teams
Experience of deployment and running a large/complex SAAS Platform
Experience with public cloud infrastructure


Strong delivery experience with full life cycle exposure of complex transformation programs
