Project Management Officer (offline)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 4+ years of Project/Delivery Management
• At least 1 year PMs team management experience with the ability to manage and motive PM as well as a technical team;
• Excellent knowledge of Agile activities: scope planning, setting priorities, cutting, etc., creating Road Map, identifying risks, grooming, refinement, tracking results, demo, retro, change management.
• Excellent understanding of team rituals: setting tasks, motivation, control, positive communication, conflicts solving, routine importance, etc.
• Proficient in process documentation and project management tracking tools — Atlassian stack.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proactive, result oriented personality, ability to think broadly
• Strong commitment to producing business values
• Advanced/Upper English

WILL BE A PLUS:
- Technical background
- Knowledge in the finance domain

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build the PMs strategy and lead implementation of a common project management methodology, standards
• Manage the PMs team and provide performance KPIs
• Implement and lead BPO (business planning and operations) function within delivery that will own delivery-wide operations planning and execution.
