IT sales manager (offline)
Requirements: full employment, higher education, work experience 1+ years. No cold calls/emails!
Tasks:
● processing inbound requests
● proposal preparation
● supporting existing clients
● upsale
● customer retention rate analysis
Required:
● experience in sales or project management in IT
● high level of communication (negotiation experience, diplomatic skills)
● proactivity
● be familiar with development technologies and tools
● fluent English
● analytical mindset, the ability to understand the client’s request, oversee the preparation of proposals
● responsible and attentive work with CRM
