Support Specialist (offline)

Project Description:
It is a project to support corporate business systems which help automate Luxoft internal business operations.

There are about 13000 employees in Luxoft spread over different locations in Switzerland, UK, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Great Britain, USA, etc.
All of the Luxoft employees are our users. We perform user support (advising, permission control, help with settings configuration) and technical maintenance. We use ServiceDesk system to handle user tickets for support.

The vacancy is for support levels 2 and 3.
Responsibilities:
β€’ Organizing tasks across multiple teams within department;
β€’ Support of corporate application users, deep understanding of application functionality and related business processes;
β€’ Configuring and automation company's business processes workflow in the system;
β€’ Support of data integration processes with other corporate systems.

Mandatory Skills:
Organizational and managerial skills
SQL
Analytical mind
Excel - basic level
Written English
Good communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
HTML, XML
MSSQL, TSQL
Background in programming and web development (C#, ASP.NET or Java)
Languages:
English: B2 Upper Intermediate
