Head of HR and Operations (offline)

The manager must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning relevant departments (Operations/Admin, Recruitment, Human Resources). You should be able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset.

The goal is to ensure that all operational and staff needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Liaising with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, safety etc.
- Support the human resources in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
- Supervise the work of all staff departments and provide guidance
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
- Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
- Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors

Competencies:
- Proven managerial experience in the related area
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field
