User Acquisition Manager (Facebook) (offline)

Responsibilities:
• Launching, optimizing, and scaling Facebook ads campaigns;
• Split testing of advertising creatives, optimizations, and audiences;
• Results analysis, budget management and optimizing conversion costs;
• Setting tasks and execution control for designers (photo/video);
• Creation of marketing selling messages.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Facebook ads (e-commerce projects or app acquisition will be plus);
• English level: upper-intermediate or higher;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Strong eye for all things creative (creative management, A/B testing, etc);
• Self-motivating and self-starting: proven track record in personal initiatives;
• Experience in user acquisition with Tier-1, 2 countries will be plus.
