Web Designer (offline)

We are searching for a designer with following skills:
CSS, HTML, less focus on UI/UX and more on web and adobe photoshop design / gif and small animations

Requirements:
— Experience in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator;
— Understanding of Design Thinking and Human—Centered Design methodologies;
— Ability to create Wireframes, Mockups, and Prototypes;
— Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS;
— Knowledge in composition, typography, color theory, and responsive design;
— Aesthetic taste;
— Upper—intermediate English;
— ’l+ years of design & development experience;
— Willingness to learn and share your knowledge with others.
Will be a plus:
— Skills in working with After Effects;
— Ability to create illustrations;
— German language;
— Real project experience.
Responsibility:
— Manage, redesign and update content of existing website;
— Analyze the problems and needs of users, conduct market research;
— Create marketing collateral;
— Work with developers in sprints on Apps for Atlassian Applications like
JIRA & Confluence to assure compliance to Atlassian styles and designs:
