XchangePlus team has built a proprietary software platform that introduces and promotes the concepts of efficiency and real-time data exchange between different classes of real estate professionals. It was designed and built from scratch to deal with real industry problems and inefficiencies. The proposed solutions are unique and are not used or implemented by any of the competitors. XchangePlus has ambitious plans and is fully funded.
We’re looking for PHP developers who can work independently and are able to work on unique, complex projects while meeting deadlines. We require all of our staff to think about the next big thing within our Industry Space, so creativity is a MUST! We expect you to lead by example and apply best practices when it comes to developing code. Responsibilities:
Development, Development, Development;
Working closely with other developers, designers, and quality assurance engineers;
Proactively obtaining and clarifying requirements as necessary;
Share knowledge and best practices with other team members;
Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability;
Documentation of technical solutions;
Maintaining high standards for code quality and performance.
Has experience developing and building solutions to complex problems.
Is able to show creativity and is invested in the project.
Wants to be part of something bigger.
Has no ego and likes working in a team environment, while still being able to work independently.
To be open to give and receive feedback.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Web development
Mysql 5,7+
PHP 7+
Slim4
Codeigniter 3/4
Experience with MVC PHP frameworks
PHP, MySQL
Knowledge of JSON/REST Web Services
Knowledge of JS/jQuery
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience with version control systems
English Upper-Intermediate

Nice to Have
Knowledge of JS MVC framework
Knowledge of ReactPHP is a strong strong plus
Experience with REST API
These are kinda mandatory although Codeigniter is not a must perse
