IT Sourcer/Researcher (offline)

Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience of sourcing for IT vacancies;
- Knows the full cycle of the recruitment process and sourcing channels;
- Experience with X-ray and Boolean search (other techniques would be a plus);
- Basic understanding of major programming technologies and principles;
- Experience in writing attractive and meaningful pitches;
- At least Intermediate level of English;
- Good analytical skills;
- Ability to prioritize, multi-tasking, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through Social Media Platforms on a day-to-day basis;
- CVs screening and first contact with candidates;
- Daily email/phone/Skype/LinkedIn communication with potential candidates;
- Organization of pre-screenings and technical interviews;
- Work closely with Recruitment Manager to coordinate the search and set up recruitment priorities;
- Work with our CleverStaff ATS;
- Other related tasks, as requested.
